With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

We hope you are extremely happy with your Windwave purchases. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied then you have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for an exchange or a full refund.

For any Returns or Warranty enquiries, you will need authorisation from our Returns Manager to be considered prior to shipping. Please contact hollie@windwave.co.uk for details. Hollie will arrange a return and an email containing a returns form will be sent to you. Please complete the form, attach a copy of your proof of purchase, and place them in with your product.

We recommend that you take your package to a post office and send via recorded delivery (or similar), as Windwave cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during transit of your parcel to our offices. We advise that you email us the tracking number so it can be added to your claim for reference.

It normally takes us about 10 working days to process a return once the returned items have been received into our warehouse. Upon inspection of the returned product, Windwave will issue a refund or process an exchange. A return confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Windwave reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.

Please note that we can only offer exchanges for a like-for-like product in a different colour or size. Please also bear in mind that we cannot guarantee that a replacement product will be in stock when your return is processed. We therefore we recommend placing a new order and returning the original product for a refund.

Please note that returned products cannot be dropped back at our warehouse or offices. All returns must be sent via post.

Optimized reach and stack
Compared to the C68 Road, the C68 Allroad has a shorter reach and a higher stack. The upper body stays in a more upright position and the arms are less stretched out. This takes some weight off the hands and puts more on the saddle. This results in an increase in comfort especially on rough surfaces or during long rides.

It`s time to ride longer
The bicycle is designed to optimize the position on the saddle, making it easier to keep it for a longer time, especially for the back and neck.

Wider tyre clearance
The C68 Allroad has a greater tyre clearance than the road model. Being able to accommodate a tyre width of up to 35mm enables the C68 Allroad to be more versatile, more comfortable, have better rolling performance and can decrease the risk of a pinch flat and at certain pressures.

Revised tube shapes
The C68 Allroad is the first Colnago designed to go smooth and following on the tarmac as well as on light dirt roads. Although it can handle gravel, this bike is built for paved roads but also partially dirt roads, concrete roads and lightly irregular surfaces. To achieve this, we changed the shape of the down tube and reinforced the chainstays and seatstays.

Colnago bikes are not meant to be ordinary
Following the tradition of Colnago C Series, the C68 Allroad is not a monocoque, but composed of several modular parts assembled by the hands of our artisans.
Some of the joints are left visible, while others have been masked with a complex process of bandaging.
The result is an essentially seamless frame with a delicate stand out of the head tube and seat cluster.
The C68 Allroad, like every C-Series Colnago, is an exclusive model, dedicated to all those who are able to appreciate the fine art of crafting bicycles.

Professional Opinion

T47 Bottom Bracket
From a structural point of view there are some noteworthy differences compared to the predecessor, C64: the bottom bracket, now with the standard T47, has merged with the seat tube while the "top tube" is characterized by the presence of two lugs: one connected with the seat tube, the other with the steering tube. These lugs are integral with each other in the full carbon frame version, but there is the possibility of having these two lugs in titanium alloy.

CC.01 cockpit & CeramicSpeed SLT Headset Bearings
The Allroad is compatible with the CC.01 cockpit and has the same CeramicSpeed SLT bearings used in the Road variant. SLT Headset bearings(Solid Lubrication Technology) guaranteed for life simplifying maintenance and reducing costs in the long term. The headset is composed of two identical bearings made by CeramicSpeed using SLT technology.

Seatpost/Derailleur Hanger/Axles
The seatpost is still the carbon fiber D-Shape of the latest models. The derailleur hanger, seatpost clamp and axles components are borrowed from the Road version.

Integrated Ten Function Multitool
Remaining in the front section of the frame, note the integration of a ten-function multitool placed directly inside the steering cap (four-function multitool for the two smaller frame sizes). To maintain continuity in terms of spare parts and ease of production.

1x Drive systems
Finally, a new option allows for the removal of the front derailleur support for mounting groups with a single-chainring crankset.
