When you're exercising regularly you need to ensure you're getting enough protein in your diet to help you grow and maintain muscle mass. Dosage & Usage
- Mix the powder contents (35g) into 200ml of water or milk and shake well. Use less fluids if you prefer a thicker texture. You can also use milk substitutes such as coconut, soy or oat milk.
- Consume one serving (2 scoops) of Whey Protein after exercise or during the day. For best results, use within 20 minutes of finishing exercise. You can also have another one or two servings anytime in the day as a protein snack.

You can mix Whey Protein with either water, milk or a milk substitute of your choice such as coconut, soy or rice milk. We've perfected the taste to combine with 200ml of water but you can add more to suit your needs.

Recovery Drink contains over 20g of carbohydrate per serving as well as whey protein isolate, making it ideal for endurance recovery. Whey protein has 21g protein but is much lower in carbohydrates making it perfect for daily use.
