With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Hassle free returns

We hope you are extremely happy with your Windwave purchases. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied then you have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for an exchange or a full refund.

For any Returns or Warranty enquiries, you will need authorisation from our Returns Manager to be considered prior to shipping. Please contact hollie@windwave.co.uk for details. Hollie will arrange a return and an email containing a returns form will be sent to you. Please complete the form, attach a copy of your proof of purchase, and place them in with your product.

We recommend that you take your package to a post office and send via recorded delivery (or similar), as Windwave cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during transit of your parcel to our offices. We advise that you email us the tracking number so it can be added to your claim for reference.

It normally takes us about 10 working days to process a return once the returned items have been received into our warehouse. Upon inspection of the returned product, Windwave will issue a refund or process an exchange. A return confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Windwave reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.

Please note that we can only offer exchanges for a like-for-like product in a different colour or size. Please also bear in mind that we cannot guarantee that a replacement product will be in stock when your return is processed. We therefore we recommend placing a new order and returning the original product for a refund.

Please note that returned products cannot be dropped back at our warehouse or offices. All returns must be sent via post.

Have you ever been dehydrated or hit the wall during exercise? HIGH5 can help! Staying hydrated and fuelled is easier said than done – it’s not exactly the first thing on your mind when you’re pushing hard. However, as your body water and energy drops, so does your power.

To hydrate and fuel optimally, it’s important to drink the right combination of electrolytes and carbohydrates. Isotonic Hydration is a scientifically formulated as well as a great-tasting, refreshing multi-carbohydrate and electrolyte formulation to keep you energised and hydrated during exercise. It replenishes the five electrolytes lost through sweat with each easy to mix bottle of Isotonic Hydration containing 240mg sodium, 90mg Potassium, 25mg Magnesium, 70mg Chloride and 36mg Calcium.

Isotonic Hydration also contains postbiotics (heat-treated microflora) and calcium to support digestion. Postbiotics are similar to Probiotics but have been grown to maturity and heat treated so that they take effect immediately.

What is the difference between this and HIGH5 Energy Drink?
Isotonic Hydration contains less carbohydrate and additional electrolytes to provide energy and support hydration. If you want to maximise your energy intake then we recommend usingEnergy Drink.

When should I use Isotonic Hydration?
Isotonic Hydration has been designed to support your energy and hydration needs before and during exercise. Drink 150 - 250ml every 20 minutes.

How many scoops do you need for a 750ml bottle?
Mix 1 ½ scoops (45g) if you are making up a 750ml bottle. Shake well before use.

Can I use bars, gels or gummies with Isotonic Hydration?
Of course! Each bottle of Isotonic Hydration contains 28g of carbohydrate and during exercise you should consume 60-90g carbohydrate per hour for optimum energy. So, yes you can supplement Isotonic Hydration with HIGH5Gels, GummiesorBars.

Is this product isotonic?
Yes it is!

Does this product contain electrolytes?
Yes, Isotonic Hydration contains five electrolytes. Each bottle provides you with 240mg sodium, 90mg Potassium, 25mg Magnesium, 70mg Chloride and 36mg Calcium.

​​​​​Is this product Vegetarian/Vegan?
No, Isotonic Hydration is not suitable for strict vegetarians and vegans. We carefully review all our ingredients and suppliers and for this particular product we have found that animal peptone is used in the production of the heat-treated microflora, specifically in the fermentation step (used as the fermentation medium).

I’ve found some brown specks in my product. What should I do?
Due to the nature of some of our ingredients you may notice some small brown specks within your powder. This is normal and will dissolve when mixed with water.

Does this product contain caffeine?
Isotonic Hydration does not contain caffeine.

Is this product natural?
Isotonic Hydration contains only natural flavourings and is free from colourings or artificial sweeteners.

Is this suitable for carbo loading?
Isotonic Hydration provides you with carbohydrates so could be used for carbo loading. However,HIGH5 Energy Drink maximises your carbohydrate intake and we would recommend using this when carbo-loading ahead of a major event.

Does it come with a scoop?
Yes, all our bulk drink powders come with a scoop.

Is Isotonic Hydration drug free/free from banned substances?
As part of our Drugs Free policy, we provide some products that have been batch tested. Unfortunately we don't have Isotonic Hydration available right now but you can purchase other HIGH5 products that have been tested for substances on the WADA Prohibited List. The main manufacturing site for HIGH5 products, where we make our gels and powders, is Informed Manufacturer certified. We do not use banned ingredients in HIGH5 products and have a 100% proven track record: no athlete has ever tested positive from using a HIGH5 product.
