Ripping trails and sending it big… say hello to the reborn Bottlerocket, featuring chips and salsa!

This freeride legend is back, built with our crew of shredders to dominate bike parks, boost massive airs, and huck the gnarliest lines. Dual 27.5″ wheels, 180mm or 200mm travel, and the choice of single or double crown, it’s your call, and your style

Just like the original model, the new Bottlerocket is designed around the culture of trail bulding, and progression of mountain biking. This 100% freeride focused model is built for bike parks, big air, and huge hits.

Single Crown

This long travel slopestyle rig’s only limitation is your imagination. No trick or line is inaccessible to the 180mm Bottlerocket. Equipped with a dropper post and wide range cassette, you can easily spin yourself up to the top.

Double Crown

Ride off cliffs or hit the lifts. The dual crown build features 200mm travel from Marzocchi’s 58mm fork in front and 200mm of travel from the Bomber air shock out back. Paired with the SRAM GX DH drivetrain and straight seatpost, this build is ready for lap after lap.

Chips and Salsa

Dial it in with C.H.I.P.S. (Changes Height Independently of Progression Setting) for a linear pop fest on jumps, or a progressive curve to soak up braking bumps, plus tweakable BB height and headtube angle. Pair it with S.A.L.S.A. (Super Awesome Length Stay Adjusters) for 0mm, 5mm, or 10mm chainstay options to fine tune your manual, jump, and corner game. 🌮

C.H.I.P.S

These 4-way adjustable lower shock mount bars allow you to choose between a more linear, or more progressive leverage curve, as well as a higher/steeper, and lower/slacker BB height/headtube angle.

For those looking to hit massive jumps, the linear progression setting will provide a supportive, stable platform to blast off into the stratosphere. For those looking to eliminate every braking bump in sight, the more progressive curve will be your friend, while providing ample bottom out support.

Easily setup your leverage curve to your preference, while being able to independently choose between a steeper HTA and higher BB, or slacker HTA and lower BB setting.

S.A.L.S.A

Nothing compliments C.H.I.P.S. like S.A.L.S.A. The Bottlerocket is equipped with bolt-on rear drop outs that allow riders to choose the chainstay length that’s perfect for them. With 0mm, 5mm, and 10mm options, you’ll be able to tune the spice levels according to your riding. Find the perfect balance to manual, jump, and rip every turn.

Other Frame Features

Bolt-on protection:

Shred more, worry less, with new downtube protection designed specifically for the Bottlerocket. Robust rubber prevents rock chips and shuttle wear around the mid and lower downtube areas. These are held securely in place with two small fasteners, and easily replaceable when the time comes.

Gravity cast BB area:

This section of the frame is a single gravity cast piece that is simple, strong, and precisely aligned. The process allows a complex shape that integrates the C.H.I.P.S. system while preserving deep dropper post insertion, all with fewer welds for added strength and reliability.

Forged rocker and chainstay:

For freeride, confidence is everything, and you don’t want to be worrying about your bike. To ensure the Bottlerocket will take hit after hit, Transition built new, forged rockers and chainstays, each with their own bridge to add incredible strength and stiffness. Together these pieces ensure suspension movement is as smooth as possible while minimizing rear end flex, tire rub, and staying strong for endless seasons.

The Bottlerocket’s ready to party. Build it, tune it, shred it. Are you ready to rocket?
