April 26th-27th 2025 at Cannock Chase
The Cannock Chase Demo Weekend, hosted by Leisure Lakes Bikes, is one of the UK’s biggest mountain bike demo events, attracting riders nationwide. With over 150 mountain and electric bikes available, it’s a unique opportunity to test the latest models back-to-back on Cannock Chase’s renowned trails.

Rather than booking individual bikes, you’ll receive a demo pass that grants access to the full lineup of bikes available on the day. This means you can spend your time doing as many laps as you want on as many bikes as possible. It’s the ultimate way to compare rides and find your perfect match while enjoying the legendary trails of Cannock Chase. Contact Leisure Lakes to book on!
10th-11th May 2025 at Hamsterley Forest
This demo weekend is hosted by Start Cycles and takes place over two days. Each day features both a morning and afternoon guided ride, showcasing some of the forest’s best trails. Better yet, you can pre-book the exact bikes you want to ride (subject to availability). This gives you the chance to try one bike in the morning and switch to another in the afternoon. With plenty of trail time on each bike, you’ll have all the miles you need to truly get a feel for their performance and personality.
Please contact Start Cycles in Newcastle for more information on the bikes available, and to get booked on!
